Terrence Winston is a longtime advocate of public education and a passionate learner. Terrence has spent more than a decade as a community organizer and youth development specialist in New York City. His years of experience shaped his ability to effectively engage in relationships within different communities.
Terrence joined Counseling In Schools in December 2011. His journey with the agency began as a direct service provider in multiple schools; then gradually evolved to a management position and today a Program Director. Terrence supports the field operations of several programs, helps school administrators successfully integrate Restorative Practices in supporting students, their families and teachers to provide an alternative approach to discipline and school protocol compliance.
