PS47 recently hosted its Million Father March event, facilitated by the Principal’s fraternity brothers and supported by CIS. The day gave participants a special opportunity to step into their children’s world at school.
Participants joined the Principal and Assistant Principals for conversations, visited classrooms to do read-a louds, and spent time as part of the class experience. The event concluded with a reflective session where everyone shared what they enjoyed most, ideas for improvement, and ways they could stay more involved in their children’s education.
CIS was there to support the event encouraging more families to connect with the support we offer.
